The pandemic has thrown a wrench into just about every possible routine, including many of the things we used to do for relaxation. For better or worse, we’re home a lot more now. And we’re leaning into it: beautifying our apartments, tinkering in our gardens, and picking up hobbies we can do solo or share with roommates and family. Things alone can’t solve today’s stressors, but they can help us create and maintain relaxing routines.
